• You must review and verify all AI-generated content before submission
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

3.2 HIPAA Compliance

• You are responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliance in your practice
• You must safeguard patient information at all times
• You agree not to share your account credentials
• You must report any suspected security breaches immediately

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $25/month
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time without penalty
• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to generate false or fraudulent documentation
• Violate any applicable healthcare regulations
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by EHR Note Buddy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EHR NOTE BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
